[ he's a sweet talker through and through. it doesn't matter if he's a witch or a vampire, that tongue is far too slippery than she can ever anticipate. then again, he's a mikaelson after all.

davina snorts, shaking her head amusedly, only for her to be tugged sharply and bump her nose against his chest. ow?? ]

I think you're already impressed, [ is the one rejoiner she could think of. he did enjoy their time together, didn't he? so much so that he even slept through the night. ] What? You don't think I'm in my 50s?

I know women in their 50s, and you, my darling, seem nowhere near that. ( what? he's had plenty of experiences being with "older" women. ) Now tell me the truth and I might give you a kiss. ( he's already tilted her chin up, smiling a little in amusement at her antics. funny how it seems he can't go five minutes without wanting to pull her into his arms. captivated by her bewitching eyes perhaps? )

[ ... surprise surprise. of course kol knows all about women in their 50s. was there an age group where he draws a line at? probably not.

davina rolls her eyes when kol tilts her chin up, pressing a hand over his mouth. an equally cheeky smile tugs at her lips. ]

I think I'll keep it a secret for now. Keep you interested and curious and all.

( if he's not allowed to speak or kiss her, he's just going to fake wanting to take a bite out of her wrist. it's dangerous for her put it on offer like that. shouldn't she know better? but well, to his credit, he hasn't fed on her since that day—when he'd first met her. )

[ she lifts an eyebrow at that supposed warning, his teeth gently grazing the thin skin of her wrist. it would be so easy for him to pierce it and take a drink of her blood, but she also knows how easy it would be for her to throw him off of her and make sure he regrets his actions. she's done it to his brothers; she can do it on him. ]

Thirsty?

( unlike his brothers, kol's used to hanging around with the witches. and unlike his brothers, he has a certain level of adoration and respect for them. he well knows what they're capable of. asking him if he's thirsty though. what a tease. he presses a kiss to her wrist before pulling her hand away from his mouth. )

Are you offering? ( he cants his head to the side. hm. didn't think so. )

Nope, just asking.

[ he's right with the teasing part at least, davina pulling her wrist away and letting it fall back to her side. look, there's only so much amusement she can get from the island and kol seems happy enough to indulge her. ]

And checking if you can control it.

I can control it. ( he'll slide the back of his hand down the side of her arm, giving her skin a light, tickling caress. it's only a matter of whether or not he wants to. he's used to the hunger. much like his anger, it never goes away. )

So, Davina Claire, how else are you planning on keeping me interested? ( aside from keeping her age a secret, surely there's more? )

[ she shivers at his touch, reminded of how kaleb used to brush his fingers on her skin before he'd kiss her. just as light, just as fleeting. different body, same person. perhaps she's looking at their circumstances the wrong way. ]
